Mining model: Rössing-type, large tonnage, intrusion-related uranium deposit amenable to open pit mining. The George River properties covers a strong regional-scale uranium anomaly in lake-bottom sediments. Results show the average Uranium and Potassium values are roughly twice the values expected for typical Archean terrain, suggesting a very fertile bedrock terrain.
