Overview

The Company was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) on May 17, 2006 for the purpose of the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. See "Narrative Description of the Business".

The Company has also acquired the Staked Wedge Hills Properties which is comprised of 141 claims totalling 12,534.92 hectares, which are adjacent to the Optioned George River Properties.

The Optioned Wedge Hills Properties and the Staked Wedge Hills Properties are located south of Ungava Bay in the Province of Québec. The Wedge Hills Properties in aggregate consists of 569 mining claims totalling 32,484.11 hectares.
