Welcome to Nebu Resources Inc.
The Company was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) on May 17, 2006 for the purpose of the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. See "Narrative Description of the Business".
In May 2007, the Company entered into an option agreement pursuant to which the Company has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Optioned George River Properties.
The Company has also acquired the Staked George River Properties which is comprised of 141 claims totalling 12,534.92 hectares, which are adjacent to the Optioned George River Properties.
The Optioned George River Properties and the Staked George River Properties are located south of Ungava Bay in the Province of Québec. The George River Properties in aggregate consists of 569 mining claims totalling 32,484.11 hectares.
Mining model: Rössing-type, large tonnage, intrusion-related uranium deposit amenable to open pit mining. The George River properties covers a strong regional-scale uranium anomaly in lake-bottom sediments. Results show the average Uranium and Potassium values are roughly twice the values expected for typical Archean terrain, suggesting a very fertile bedrock terrain.
